By placing a Christmas tree pre-order, customers agree to the following:
Pre-Order Required: Christmas trees must be ordered and paid for in advance. Quantities are limited, and availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Natural Product: All Christmas trees are fresh, natural products. Each tree is unique, and variations in height, width, fullness, shape, color, and branch structure are normal. Exact appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Tree Sizes: Trees are sold according to approximate height ranges. Because trees are naturally grown, measurements may vary slightly.
Tree Selection: Unless otherwise advertised, individual trees cannot be reserved or selected in advance. Trees will be distributed based on the size and variety purchased.
Final Sale: Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh-cut Christmas trees, all pre-orders are final and nonrefundable once the ordering deadline has passed.
Pickup: Customers are responsible for picking up their tree during the designated pickup date and time. Please bring your order confirmation or the name used when placing the order.
Missed Pickup: Trees not picked up during the scheduled pickup period cannot be guaranteed. Unless prior arrangements have been made, unclaimed trees may be considered donated back to the fundraiser and may be resold.
Transportation: Customers are responsible for safely transporting and securing their tree after pickup. Please come prepared with appropriate straps, rope, or a suitable vehicle.
Tree Care: Once a tree has been picked up, proper care is the customer's responsibility. Fresh-cut trees should be placed in water as soon as possible and checked regularly to prevent the stand from running dry.
Weather & Unexpected Changes: Pickup dates or times may be adjusted due to severe weather, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.
Fundraiser Purchases: Proceeds from this sale support the Henry County Humane Society and the animals in our care. Thank you for supporting our mission while making a fresh Christmas tree part of your family's holiday! 🎄🐾
